Free Printable Pack Requests and Retention

An email entered to unlock a complete free printable pack is stored with the pack identifier and request time so we can fulfill and support that download, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate service records. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Individual single-page PDF downloads remain available without an email address or account. We do not place the email in the request URL or product analytics events. We retain this request information only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations; you may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.

Image Processing, Visibility, and Retention

Uploaded photos may be sent to third-party AI processing providers solely to provide the image-generation feature. Their handling of data is governed by our agreements with them and their applicable privacy terms.

Source images are scheduled for deletion from our object storage after 30 days. Generated results and account history may remain available until you delete them or close your account, subject to backup, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.

Image generations are private unless you deliberately enable a community-sharing option. Private uploads and results are not placed in the public gallery. We do not use private source photos to train a ColoringStore-owned AI model.

ColoringStore Chrome Extension

The ColoringStore Chrome extension provides the same image-to-coloring and text-to-coloring tools from the browser. Its data handling is limited to that purpose:

1. Authentication — The extension reads only the named ColoringStore session cookie needed to recognize your signed-in account. It uses that value only to authenticate HTTPS requests to ColoringStore, does not save it in extension storage, and does not send it to any other domain.
2. Website images — The extension identifies image elements locally so it can show the image action, right-click action, and page scanner. It does not collect browsing history. A page URL, image URL, and basic image metadata remain on your device unless you deliberately choose an image for generation.
3. Selected content — When you click a generation action, the selected image, prompt or description, style, difficulty, visibility setting, and the minimum source metadata needed to complete the request are sent to ColoringStore. Remote images are downloaded without sending the source website's cookies or page referrer.
4. Local extension storage — Generation preferences and a short recent-task list, which may include selected image URLs and result URLs, are stored locally in Chrome. This local data is removed when the extension is uninstalled and is not used for advertising or tracking.
5. Notifications — If enabled, Chrome notifications are used only to report generation progress, completion, or failure.

The extension does not collect passwords, payment card details, form entries, keystrokes, or unrelated website content. It does not sell extension data or use it for personalized advertising.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

ColoringStore's use and transfer of information received from Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this information only to provide or improve the extension's user-facing coloring-page features. We do not transfer it for personalized advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes, and we do not permit human access except with the user's specific consent, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or for aggregated and anonymized internal operations.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
